Photo Handover: Both parties take timestamped photos at pickup and return. Peer-to-Peer Settlement: If damage occurs, the owner can submit a claim with photo evidence and a requested repair amount. The renter can review the photos and accept the charge directly from their dashboard. LINEUP Support: If the renter disagrees, the claim is escalated to our admin team. We review the timestamped photos and make a fair, final decision on the deposit capture.

Payouts are handled through Stripe Connect and sent directly to your connected account after the rental begins, with full visibility into each booking. Shops can scale by listing multiple boards, keeping fleet utilization high, and reaching verified travelers without handling separate payment collection or deposit workflows manually.
