Consumer Dispute Resolution (ADR)
This page is informational and summarizes the main consumer dispute-resolution channels applicable in Portugal.
1. ADR Entities in Portugal
In case of a consumer dispute, you may use an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity under Portuguese Law no. 144/2015.
The official and up-to-date list of ADR entities is available on Portugal's consumer portal: www.consumidor.gov.pt.
2. Portuguese Complaints Book
You can submit a formal complaint through the Portuguese electronic complaints book: www.livroreclamacoes.pt.
3. EU ODR Platform
The former EU online dispute resolution (ODR) platform is no longer operational. For consumer disputes involving LINEUP in Portugal, please use the Portuguese channels listed on this page.
